We serve Atlantic County, New Jersey with over 10 years of construction experience in new and renovated residential properties. Building Services
Constructing new custom homes. As your builder, we take responsibility for every aspect of construction until you receive your certificate of occupancy. We focus on quality, timelines, cost control, and safety.
General Contractor Services
Additions, house lifting, decks, pools and pool houses, full scope of renovations: kitchens, bathrooms, layout re-arrangements, removal of load bearing walls, siding, roofing and complete interior and exterior remodels
Pre-Development Project Management and Land Acquisition
Acquiring land for your future home or for an investment can feel overwhelming, especially if you don't have any experience. Our team guides you through this phase as your Pre-Development Project Manager. One mistake could cost you a lot. We've heard that story many times- someone purchases a lot just to find that is not buildable or there are stringers attached that will cost a lot to fix. We handle initial due diligence, budget development, zoning requirements, engineering, soil testing, surveys, oil tank inspections, CAFRA approvals, Pinelands Commission approvals, Atlantic County Environmental Health Department approvals, municipal zoning and building approvals, demolition of existing structures, excavation, tree and debris removals. Our job is to protect your investment and prepare your project for the next stage- building your dream home.
Pre-Construction Home Design
After buildable lot has been acquired, our design team turns your vision into build-ready plans. The architects, engineers and interior designers in our team will help you to translate concepts into practical solutions. Our approach keeps projects on track for budget and on schedule. By having us on your side from the very beginning reduces the risk of making costly mistakes or to design a house that will cost to build way more than the predetermined budget.
OUR PROCESS
Vida Homes Builders is a building company specialized in constructing custom new homes in South Jersey, mainly Atlantic County. If you choose to build with us, we can offer personal touch and attention to your specific needs. With most building companies you will have to go through a process that could be overwhelming- you will have to go through a series of meetings with a sales representative, land development manager, designer team specialist and project manager. For different questions or concerns you will have to talk to a different person. The owners of the company usually are not available, and you only get to meet with them once or twice, if ever. That could make the process of building your new home feel long and painful.
On the other side, our company is run by Svet and Plamen. We are the owners. We take pride in what we build, and we take responsibility for our work. Our goal is not to build as many homes as possible, but to pay attention to the details and turn each home into a masterpiece. The best part is- we achieve our goals at a very affordable price and that sets us apart from others. We personally manage our projects, so we don’t have to pay salaries to project managers, office staff etc. That allows us to build at lower prices versus the bigger building companies.

3. We can build your dream custom home on your land. We can help you acquire a lot, design your dream home and build it.
4. We can build your dream home on land that we offer- check the “Build Your Home Here” section below. If you choose to go this route, we will provide you with a breakdown of the land price, land development cost (tree removals, excavation, grading, soil testing, utility connections, sidewalks, driveways) and estimated house build cost.
5. We can renovate your existing home or add a room or two. We have the capability to perform a full scope of remodeling.
